Frankeya L. Riley-Tucker's journey from childhood to adulthood is a powerful story of resilience, faith, and hope in Christ. Despite facing challenges such as low self-esteem and identity issues during her teenage years, she found strength in her parents' prayers and love. Her path shifted from her initial plans of pursuing medicine and marrying her high school sweetheart when she discovered an impressionable connection at Greater Rock Zion Missionary Baptist Church. 

With prayerful consideration and her father's support, Frankeya made the hard and significant choice to leave her home church, "The Beloved" Faith Temple Church of God in Christ, and joined GRZMBC. It was at GRZMBC where she met Lonnie, a devoted follower of Jesus and Minister of the Gospel, with whom she formed a special bond that led to marriage on April 14, 2001, a decision she cherishes as the best after dedicating her life to Jesus Christ. 

Together with Lonnie, Frankeya endured personal challenges but found strength through grace, faith and prayer. She is actively involved in serving her community and empowering women through her roles as the Chief Executive Officer of WAY31, leading a Small Business Mentoring Program, and serving as the Executive Director of the “WAY31 WOMAN” Pastor’s Wives Network. With a background in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Christian Education, Frankeya has been instrumental in ministering alongside her husband, planting churches, and offering guidance to women from diverse backgrounds.

Through WAY31, Frankeya's mission transcends borders as she endeavors to help women globally discover their inner beauty and self-worth, emphasizing the importance of faith over external appearances. Her ultimate goal is to empower women to find their identity and secure their eternity through a steadfast relationship with Jesus Christ.
